When changing the behavior of the render window, “Keep above main”, requires restarting the POV editor to take effect. It would be nice either to get a warning to restart, or to get it to work without restarting.

Interestingly, restarting the POV-Ray editor is not strictly necessary: It suffices to start a new render at a different resolution. Therefore, obviously it must be possible to accomplish this.

At the time the code was written (windows 95 was then current), it was, and I recall being fairly frustrated about it at the time;)

I suspect things have improved since then. I'll update the code as needed.
