FS#197 - -J by itself does nothing
The documentation says:
“-J Sets aa-jitter off”
However, it seems to have no effect. -J0 will turn off jittering.

no news, so I guess the fix was
effective
The jitter on/off command-line switch is indeed without effect; the same goes for the Jitter INI-file option.
