FS#13 - 4k files crash
Files of exactly 4k length can cause a full crash exception when opened.

Fixed in change #4809 for 3.6 and
3.7.
Tested with Windows XP 32-bit SSE beta.32 based development version, using the attached file; no crash observed when loading the file into the editor.
I see this crash repeatably with Vista (x64) and 3.7 beta 32(x64),
and the same thing with 3.6(x64).
It loads fine in 3.6(x32).
