FS#184 - Too many pretrace steps when pretrace_start < pretrace_end
If pretrace_start is set below pretrace_end, POV-Ray will run a high number of pretrace steps (without changing pretrace resolution).
fixed with change #5335: POV-Ray will now issue a parse error in such a case.
